It s use was first recorded 1368.
The first systematic book on Infantile Tuina "Guide to Infantile Tuina" was published in 1604 by Gong Yu Lin.
From 1950 the therapy is practised in hospitals in China as mainstream medicine.
What can it treat?
Infantile Tuina is particularly effective for colic, regurgitation of milk,
poor appetite, whooping cough, infantile convulsions, infantile malnutrition, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, conjunctivitis, bed-wetting, common cold, fever.
How many treatments will a baby/toddler need?
Usually one to three treatments of 10-20 minutes is sufficient. The younger your baby is the quicker the response.
Are there any contra-indications?
There are no known contraindications or side effects.
